In the 5 years (2020-2025), emulation movements have created a vibrant and enthusiastic working atmosphere among all officers and employees of Lai Chau Power Company and achieved many important results. The Company has applied many technical innovation initiatives and rationalized production into practice, contributing to increasing labor productivity and successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Corporation and Lai Chau province.

In the period of 2020-2025, Lai Chau Power Company has 50 individuals achieving the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level, being commended at the Company's production and business summary conference. Commending 29 typical examples of excellent workers at the Company level with outstanding achievements in labor and production, contributing to the successful completion of production and business tasks. Commending and rewarding 2 examples of good people and good deeds, the act of picking up lost property and returning it to the owner. The Company received the Emulation Flag of the Government (2022), the Emulation Flag of Vietnam Electricity Group (2024); 1 individual received the Third Class Labor Medal (2022); 83 collectives and 2,221 individuals achieved the title of Advanced Labor; awarded Company-level Certificates of Merit to 85 collectives and 255 individuals who excellently completed assigned tasks...

Comrade Quach Van Bien - Deputy Director, Vice Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of Lai Chau Power Company presented the Summary Report of the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

In the period of 2025-2030, Lai Chau Power Company continues to strictly implement the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022, Decree 98/2023/ND-CP and Circular 01/2024/TT-BNV; focus on discovering and fostering typical examples, new models, new factors to promptly propagate, replicate and propose rewards, ensuring timely encouragement.

Speaking at the Conference, delegates focused on clarifying key solutions in implementing emulation movements in their units, striving to exceed assigned tasks.

At the Conference, Lai Chau Power Company commended and recognized 5 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements for the period 2020-2025; and at the same time launched the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030.

Leaders of Lai Chau Power Company awarded Certificates of Merit to typical advanced collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements in the period 2020-2025.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Tran Kim Long - Director of Lai Chau Power Company highly appreciated the results achieved in the emulation movement and the reward work of the Company's employees in the past 5 years. He emphasized that in the coming time, the Company will continue to promote emulation in labor production, build advanced typical examples. Promote the role of leaders, promptly reward and spread good examples. Mass organizations need to proactively launch appropriate emulation; promote communication, build a positive corporate culture. Closely coordinate with related units, effectively implement patriotic emulation movements and effectively link emulation with rewards.
