In the 2024-2025 school year, Lai Chau province has many teachers who have achieved good results in reviewing excellent student exams and guiding students in scientific and technical research, including 5 teachers with high achievements; 17 students won prizes in the National High School Excellent Student Competition; 701 students won prizes in the Cultural Subject Excellent Student Competition, especially 4 students won high prizes in the National High School Excellent Student Competition, 2 students won high prizes in the National Science and Technology Research Competition, 190 students at all levels have outstanding achievements, typical in emulation movements.

From 2021 to now, the whole province has 2,431 provincial-level excellent student awards, with an increase of 218 awards in the 2024-2025 school year compared to the 2020-2021 school year. There are 51 national awards with a breakthrough of 1 first prize and 4 second prizes in the past two years. There are 271 provincial-level science and technology projects and 10 national science and technology projects recognized, including 1 third prize.

With outstanding achievements, 4 students received Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training; The Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 teachers and 8 students with high achievements in the national excellent student selection exam and the national science and technology research competition; The Department of Education and Training awarded Certificates of Merit to 190 outstanding students in the emulation movements of the 2024-2025 school year.
