Traffic police stopped a car carrying 6 foreigners entering the country illegally

(Dan Tri) - In the early morning of November 30, a working group of the Traffic Police Department discovered and arrested a car driver carrying 6 Chinese people illegally entering the country on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway.

On the evening of November 30, the Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) informed that at around 0:10 a.m. the same day, the working group of Team 2 (Traffic Police Department) discovered car with license plate 36A-567.xx passing through Hoang Tan intersection in Quang Yen town, on Hai Phong - Mong Cai highway. When seeing the police, the driver accelerated and fled towards Hai Phong.

After discovering the incident, Team 2's task force pursued and arranged 2 traffic police teams to block the toll station at Km95 of the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway.

At 0:55, the traffic police stopped the car above.

According to the police, through initial inspection, the driver was Nguyen Quang Hung (born in 1987, from Thai Nguyen), the car was carrying 6 foreigners of Chinese nationality (5 men, 1 woman). All 6 people did not have passports.

Team 2 (Traffic Police Department) took statements and made a record of the incident to handle according to regulations.
