Accordingly, voters of the communes have proposed the construction of roads from the main axis of the commune center to the villages. The allocation of capital for infrastructure investment for mountainous communes to reach the new rural destination. The issuance of land use right certificates and compensation for people is still delayed, and the work of maintaining security and order in border areas is difficult due to difficult roads.

Health insurance policies for ethnic minorities; lack of water for agricultural production. Voters of Dong Tien commune reported that the commune has a residential area adjacent to Di Linh district of Lam Dong province. However, to get to this residential area, it is necessary to take a detour through 3 communes of Dong Giang, La Da, and Da Mi with a distance of nearly 60 km. This makes administrative management difficult due to the long distance and mountain passes. Voters recommended that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to opening a road through the forest, shortening the distance to 18 km.

Voters of Dong Tien commune reported that in Dong Tien commune there is a residential area adjacent to Di Linh district of Lam Dong province.

Currently, the water source for daily life and agricultural production in Dong Giang commune is about to run out. People are facing many difficulties. It is known that the province will invest in a water line serving daily life in the Sa Lon Provincial Party Committee base relic area. Voters recommend that the province pay attention to investing in this water line to serve people around the Sa Lon area in particular and the whole Dong Giang commune in general.

Voters of Ham Phu and Ham Tri communes have proposed to improve the allowance support regime for cadres in residential areas and villages.
