Overview of the congress.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Logistics and Engineering Department of the Navy has led the comprehensive completion of tasks, with many aspects of work achieving excellent results such as ensuring logistics and engineering for the task of combat readiness, "Greening Truong Sa", implementing basic construction investment projects, stable production and business, improving the quality of regular construction and discipline management. Party building work has been focused on, and the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations have been constantly improved.

Rear Admiral Do Quoc An, Deputy Commander of the Navy, gave a speech directing the congress.

Speaking at the congress, Rear Admiral Do Quoc An acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of the department in the past term and requested the Party Committee to continue to closely follow the strategic orientation, do a good job of advising the Party Committee and the Head of the Military Command to ensure adequate, timely, and synchronous logistics and technology for regular and unexpected tasks; especially the tasks of combat readiness, training, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, military diplomacy, etc. Focus on building the Party Committee and the Logistics and Technology Department to be politically strong and develop in the new term.

The Congress voted to elect the Party Executive Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department for the 2025-2030 term.

The new Executive Committee and the delegation attending the 14th Congress of the Navy made their debut at the congress.

The success of the first congress was an important milestone opening a new development path for the Navy Logistics and Engineering Department, building a model and typical Military Service Party Committee and unit.
