Perspective of CMC - CCS Hanoi Creative Space Complex project.

On November 6, CMC Technology Corporation successfully issued a 10-year bond worth VND1,250 billion to finance the CMC Creative Space Complex (CCS Hanoi) project. This is the physical infrastructure to realize the AI-X strategy, Go Global orientation and support the development of CMC's open technology ecosystem C-OpenAI.

CCS Hanoi provides world-class computing and data capabilities that underpin CMC’s AI and cloud services. To ensure long-term funding for the project, the bonds are guaranteed by the Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Based on the AI-X strategy and Go Global orientation, CMC is expanding its digital product-service ecosystem, while investing deeply in data, cloud computing and data centers.

CMC's open technology ecosystem C-OpenAI with 25 core technologies includes capabilities such as LLM, Computer Vision, speech/voice processing, Data optimization - Datalakehouse, smart search, Information security & safety..., allowing co-creation of AI solutions according to industry needs.

CMC Hyperscale DC Ho Chi Minh City is one of CMC's key projects deployed right after the CCS Hanoi project.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Chairman of CMC Technology Group said: “CGIF's support helps CMC have long-term VND capital to deploy CCS Hanoi. This is the foundation for CMC to provide DC/Cloud/AI-as-a-Service services, promote AI transformation for businesses and contribute to Vietnam's digital economy . The guarantee of a prestigious international fund like CGIF also shows confidence in CMC's AI-X, Go Global strategy".

According to the consolidated financial report for the first 6 months of fiscal year 2025 (up to September 30, 2025), CMC's revenue reached VND 4,630 billion, up 16.3% over the same period; pre-tax profit reached VND 273 billion, up 37%.

The CCS Hanoi project (the new name of the CMC Starlake project) has a total estimated investment capital of VND 2,181 billion, located in the Starlake urban area west of West Lake, with a scale of 1.13 hectares. The project started on June 1, 2025 and is expected to be completed on December 31, 2026.
