The contest was launched by the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity of Quang Nam province from October 21 to November 24, 2024.

The organization of the contest aims to propagate and widely disseminate among Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, civil servants, union members and association members the content and core values ​​of the book by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; raise awareness, create influence, strengthen trust, solidarity and consensus on the Party's leadership guidelines and policies and the State's laws on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State to be increasingly clean and strong.

The contest is organized into 5 rounds online on the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's website (www.quangnam.dcs.vn).

In addition, candidates can take the exam online on linked websites such as: Quang Nam Electronic Information Portal (www.quangnam.gov.vn), Department of Information and Communications Electronic Information Page (www.dptqnam.gov.vn), Quang Nam Online Newspaper (www.baoquangnam.vn), Quang Nam Radio and Television Station (www.qrt.vn).
