Name: The first online contest to learn about the Party's resolutions for cadres and party members on the Internet.
Contest Period: The contest starts from November 3, 2025 to November 28, 2025 (except Saturday and Sunday).
- Week 1: from 7:30 a.m. on November 3 to 5:30 p.m. on November 7, 2025;
- Week 2: from 7:30 a.m. on November 10 to 5:30 p.m. on November 14, 2025;
- Week 3: from 7:30 a.m. on November 17 to 5:30 p.m. on November 21, 2025;
- Week 4: from 7:30 a.m. on November 24 to 5:30 p.m. on November 28, 2025.
Contestants: cadres and party members holding leadership positions and titles at levels 7, 8, 9 and 10, group IV, Regulation 368-QD/TW dated September 8, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on the list of positions, title groups, and leadership positions of the political system (excluding cadres and party members of Vietnamese permanent agencies abroad) [1] .
Exam content:
- Focus on studying 3 Resolutions of the Politburo , including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, dated April 30, 2025 on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW , dated May 4, 2025 on private economic development ).

- Learn more about the core points and innovations of the 7 pillar Resolutions: in addition to the 3 Resolutions mentioned above and the following 4 Resolutions: Resolution 59-NQ/TW, dated January 24, 2025 on international integration in the new situation (CONFIDENTIAL); Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW, dated August 20, 2025 on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 9, 2025 on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health.

Exam format:
- Online test on website: lyluanchinhtri.dcs.vn
- Each exam week has a separate set of questions, including 10 multiple choice questions and 1 question predicting the number of test takers (total 11 questions).
- Contestants may use electronic devices with Internet connection to participate in the Contest.
- Each contestant can only register 01 account and must log in all required "fields" in the boxes as prescribed.
Steps to participate in the contest:
Step 1: Go to lyluanchinhtri.dcs.vn, click on the Online Contest image to log in or scan the QR code below to access the Contest participation link.

Step 2: At login section:
- For those who already have a login account, the candidate fills in the information and clicks the complete login button.
- For those who do not have a login account, click on Register for a new account, then fill in the information according to the instructions and click on the Complete Registration button.
Step 3: In the Resolution learning test, candidates answer the questions and choose the correct answer.
Step 4: After completing the questions, the test taker proceeds to predict the number of participants.
Step 5: After completing the above steps, the test taker clicks the "Submit" button and finishes the test.
- Each contestant can take the exam a maximum of 3 times per exam week.
- At the end of each competition week, the Organizing Committee will announce the results of the individuals on the website: lyluanchinhtri.dcs.vn
Prize structure Prizes for each competition week include:
- 01 First Prize: 2,000,000 VND.
- 02 Second Prizes: 1,500,000 VND
- 03 Third Prizes: 1,000,000 VND
- 05 Consolation Prizes: 500,000 VND
The Organizing Committee will announce the results of the Competition on the Project page and send a document to the Party Committee managing the Party members.
Individuals participating in the competition with high results will receive prize money and a Certificate of Achievement from the Organizing Committee of the Competition according to regulations. The prize money will be awarded directly or transferred to the personal account of the winner (according to the personal information provided and confirmed by the winner).
It is recommended that agencies, units and localities pay attention, direct and create conditions for 100% of cadres and party members according to the notified subjects to actively participate in the Contest, ensuring progress and quality.

- Level 9 includes: Full-time executive committee members of party committees of party agencies, party committees of provincial and municipal people's committees; Executive committee members of party committees of communes, wards and special zones; Heads of advisory and support agencies, public service units under party committees of communes, wards and special zones; Heads of specialized agencies and other administrative organizations under people's committees of communes, wards and special zones; Heads of specialized departments of people's councils of communes, wards and special zones; Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee who is the head of political and social organizations in communes, wards and special zones.
- Level 10 includes: Deputy heads of departments of advisory and support agencies, public service units of provincial-level Party Committees; Deputy heads of departments of specialized agencies, other administrative organizations of provincial-level People's Committees; Deputy heads of departments of the offices of the National Assembly delegations and provincial-level People's Councils; Deputy heads of units, deputy heads of public service units of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at provincial level; Executive Committee members of provincial-level socio-political organizations; Deputy heads of regional agencies of provinces and cities; Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes, wards, and special zones; Deputy heads of political organizations of communes, wards, and special zones; Deputy heads of advisory and support agencies, public service units of commune, ward, and special zone Party Committees; Deputy heads of specialized agencies, other administrative organizations of communes, wards, and special zones; Deputy heads of specialized departments of communes, wards, and special zones' People's Councils.
