To improve the efficiency of labor market information for employees and overcome the labor shortage for businesses, the Department of Home Affairs has directed the provincial Employment Service Center to deploy a variety of solutions to support the connection between labor supply and demand; strengthen links with businesses licensed to operate employment services to expand the scope of labor market information exploitation, increase the number of laborers supplied and shorten labor supply time.
At the same time, coordinate with agencies, departments, sectors, localities and enterprises to promote propaganda and dissemination to employees of mechanisms and policies to support GQVL; promptly provide information on the labor market situation, programs to send workers to work abroad, information of employment service units and enterprises recommended to recruit workers to work abroad.
Deputy Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center Phung Quoc Ban said: To improve the efficiency of connecting labor supply and demand, the center has built a network of collaborators who are labor and employment officers in communes, wards, and towns, employees, and teachers of vocational education and continuing education centers throughout the province; signed cooperation agreements, provided labor market information, and supplied labor with employment service centers in neighboring provinces, and signed contracts to support propaganda and supply labor with businesses.
At the same time, proactively promote counseling for unemployed workers to participate in training courses, improve qualifications and vocational skills, and support them in finding suitable jobs and returning to the labor market soon.
Along with that, the center promotes the application of information technology and digital transformation in providing labor market information, consulting, introducing and supplying labor to businesses through the construction and operation of the website vieclamvinhphuc.gov.vn.
The website is designed in a professional and user-friendly manner; regularly posts and updates information on the labor market, recruitment needs of businesses, labor export and study abroad programs, etc.
With just a phone or computer connected to the internet, employees can post their application, and businesses can also post recruitment information and search for workers.
In addition, every year, the center organizes dozens of job fairs in many forms such as fixed sessions at the center, mobile sessions at vocational education and training institutions, universities and colleges in the province, online job fairs, etc.
In the first quarter of 2025 alone, the center organized 5 job fairs with 10 businesses registering to participate, recruiting more than 2,900 people and nearly 160 workers registering for consultation at the floor.
Mansa Vietnam Construction and Trading Company Limited, headquartered in Vinh Yen city, specializes in providing a comprehensive service ecosystem for businesses, especially focusing on labor supply and leasing services for FDI enterprises operating in Vinh Phuc and neighboring provinces.
The company is managing more than 3,000 employees, of which about 1,800 are being leased to work at more than 60 large factories and industrial parks in the province.
In 2024, the company provided more than 2,300 workers to more than 70 businesses in the province. In the first quarter of 2025, the company provided 1,300 workers to 43 businesses in the form of sub-leasing and 86 workers to 7 businesses in the form of job referrals.

To strengthen the connection between labor supply and demand, the Provincial People's Committee recently organized a job fair in 2025 attracting the participation of 30 businesses, units, vocational training institutions and hundreds of students and workers.
At the fair, students and workers can access and learn about the training capacity of vocational training institutions and many current trending industries and professions such as electronics, information technology, mechanics, economics - finance, tourism; receive advice on loan policies, vocational training support, GQVL of the Central and the province; learn about information about the labor market, job opportunities, employer requirements, etc.
Thereby, creating opportunities for students and workers to find jobs suitable to their training and capacity; improving the efficiency of connecting labor supply and demand between enterprises and the Provincial Employment Service Center and enterprises providing labor.
With many synchronous solutions, in the period of 2020 - 2024, on average, each year, the whole province provided jobs for about 22,000 workers, exceeding the set plan target. In the first quarter of 2025, the whole province provided jobs for more than 6,400 workers, reaching nearly 38% of the annual plan target; businesses in the province recruited more than 7,200 new workers, an increase of more than 4,100 compared to the same period in 2024.
To complete the target of providing employment for 17,000 workers in 2025, in the coming time, the province will continue to innovate and diversify forms of connecting labor supply and demand; promote digital transformation, promptly provide workers with information about the labor market, recruitment needs of businesses, etc.
