Da Lat: Strictly handle the abuse of administrative transfer to violate construction order

On May 8, the People's Committee of Da Lat City (Lam Dong Province) said it had requested wards, communes, and affiliated units to absolutely not allow constructions that violate regulations to be delayed in inspection and handling, forming new "hot spots", and taking advantage of administrative transfers to commit violations in the field of construction order.

The construction project has long violated construction order on Dang Thai Than Street, Ward 3, Da Lat City but has not been handled yet.

According to the People's Committee of Da Lat City, some localities show signs of lax management, slow inspection and handling of violations in the field of construction and urban areas such as wards 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12... causing loss of urban beauty and frustration among the people.

Da Lat City directs units to immediately apply necessary preventive measures and sanctions (suspending construction, forcing demolition, etc.) according to regulations for violating works. Do not avoid, delay, or shirk responsibility in the process of handling work.

Discovering construction violations at a tourist attraction on Mimosa Pass, the People's Committee of Ward 10, Da Lat City did not handle the matter according to their authority, but instead pushed the responsibility to higher levels.

As reported by SGGP Newspaper, Da Lat City People's Committee has just criticized Ward 10 People's Committee for shirking responsibility and avoiding handling construction order in the area.

Accordingly, when discovering many construction violations at the "Fat Cat World" tourist attraction on Mimosa Pass, the People's Committee of Ward 10 did not handle it according to its authority but instead recommended that the People's Committee of Da Lat City direct specialized departments and offices to inspect the construction to clarify the violations in the above area.
