Da Nang starts construction of large urban area at the end of Han River

On the morning of March 21, Thuan Phuoc Bay Urban Investment Joint Stock Company started construction of a ^976,000m2 urban area project with a total investment of VND11,400 billion. The project is located at the end of the Han River, with three sides facing the sea.

According to the investor, the new urban area Thuan Phuoc - Da Nang is planned to be 97.6 hectares.

The project includes many functional subdivisions such as low-rise housing area, high-rise area, apartment complex, riverside villas, commercial center area and shopping streets...

The project also includes 5-star hotels, a 16.5-hectare theme park, a sea square...

Mr. Le Quang Nam, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City , said the city is promoting infrastructure and attracting strategic projects.

Notably, modern, smart and sustainable urban areas will turn Da Nang into an international financial, commercial, service and tourism center in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 43 of the Politburo .

The implementation of Thuan Phuoc urban area will promote the urban strip north of Son Tra peninsula, promising to create a new center of Da Nang city.

Mr. Nam suggested that the investor coordinate with other parties to speed up the progress and put the project into operation soon, so that Thuan Phuoc will be a new symbol of Da Nang.
