Da Nang approves land price for Tam Thang Industrial Park expansion

Vice Chairman of Da Nang , Mr. Tran Nam Hung has just signed a Decision approving specific land prices (industrial park land) at the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Tam Thang Industrial Park expansion (phase 1) in Thang Truong commune, Da Nang city.

Accordingly, Da Nang City approved specific land prices (industrial park land) for Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited to lease land to invest in Tam Thang Industrial Park expansion (phase 1).

In Da Nang city, many new industrial parks are being invested in.

The decision applies to calculate the land rent paid in one lump sum for the entire lease term for the land area of 325,806.2 m², according to Decision No. 3196/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2024, calculated for the land lease term from December 27, 2024 to February 24, 2072 is 605,342 VND/m².

Da Nang City requests the City Land Registration Office to transfer cadastral information and accompanying documents to Da Nang City Tax Department to serve as a basis for calculating one-time land rental payment for the entire rental period for Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited.

In 2024, Quang Nam province (old) approved the Project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Tam Thang Industrial Park expansion on an area of 242.27 hectares. The investor is Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited.

The total investment of the project is 895.5 billion VND. Of which, compensation and resettlement support costs are more than 247 billion VND; construction costs are 400.8 billion VND; equipment costs are 32.7 billion VND; project management costs are 5.4 billion VND; construction investment consulting costs are 17.9 billion VND; other costs and contingency costs are more than 191 billion VND...
