Da Nang attracts talent, can pay up to 150 million VND/month

Da Nang has implemented the task of attracting and training high-quality short-term staff according to Resolution 15, allowing salaries of up to 150 million VND/month for some cases.

On October 15, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced that it had issued Decision 2814 to implement the task of attracting and providing short-term high-quality training according to Resolution 15 of the People's Council of Da Nang City.

The decision aims to effectively attract experts, scientists , and people with special talents; provide high-quality short-term training for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers at agencies in Da Nang City.

Previously, the People's Council of Da Nang City issued Resolution 15 on policies for developing high-quality human resources in the city's public sector. It specifically stipulates policies to attract talent in different fields.

Notably, in addition to many preferential policies, the city also offers attractive income levels.

In particular, in the case of experts, managers, business administrators, leading scientists and cases of contracts to perform certain tasks of civil servants according to the provisions of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants, agencies, localities and units in need of attracting human resources are proposed to pay salaries of up to 150 million VND/month.

For people with special talents and abilities in the fields of culture, arts, and sports , the initial one-time support policy is 100 million VND/person/time.

Monthly salary for experts and coaches is not more than 25 million VND/month, for artists and athletes is not more than 20 million VND/month.

In addition, people with special talents and abilities are also entitled to rewards according to regulations, creating favorable conditions in terms of environment, working conditions, local accommodation, training and competition equipment and tools to fully develop their professional abilities and achieve the highest results in competition.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Da Nang City will also support up to 50% of the cost of accommodation in the city during the working period and the amount will not exceed 20 million VND/month.

Resolution 15 also defines preferential policies for high-quality human resources attracted through recruitment and reception of civil servants and public employees in the form of one-time financial support for university degrees of 200 million VND, master's degrees of 300 million VND, doctoral degrees of 500 million VND, associate professor degrees of 600 million VND and professor degrees of 700 million VND...
