On the morning of September 21, a delegation of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) and central organizations led by President of the VFF Do Van Chien came to lay wreaths and visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; and offered incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs at the memorial on Bac Son Street (Hanoi).
