More than 2.5 million comments on draft documents of the 14th Congress

From October 15 to November 6, the organization of collecting opinions from cadres, party members and people on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party was carried out seriously, urgently and synchronously. The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has just reported on the results of organizing the collection of opinions and synthesizing comments from cadres, party members and people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

The report said that implementing the Central's directive documents on organizing the collection of opinions and synthesizing comments from cadres, party members and People on the Draft documents To present to the 14th National Party Congress, localities, agencies and units have closely followed the Central Committee's direction, deployed rich and flexible forms of propaganda, suitable to practical conditions, ensuring that all classes of people (at home and abroad) have the opportunity to access and contribute opinions to the draft documents to be presented to the 14th National Party Congress.

During the period from October 15, 2025 to November 6, 2025, the organization of collecting opinions from cadres, party members and people on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party was seriously, urgently and synchronously implemented by provincial, municipal and central party committees and achieved positive results:

Total number of conferences, seminars, and forums to collect opinions from cadres, party members, and people: 3,908; number of opinions   Number of comments: 127,584 comments; Number of comments via VneID application: 2,131,376 comments; Number of comments in writing via the mail system, newspaper : 1,722 comments; Number of comments through the online feedback system of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission: 240,583 comments.

The total number of comments from cadres, party members and people on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress is: 2,501,265 comments, including: Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Party Congress: 1,169,638 comments; Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam: 792,533 comments; Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025) and proposals and directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter:   538,572 comments; Other comments (on layout, form...): 522 comments.

The report of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission said that cadres, party members and people all highly agreed with the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, assessing that the draft was carefully and comprehensively prepared, accurately reflecting reality, with a high vision and generality.

Public opinion highly appreciates the spirit of innovation in integrating three important documents into a political report, demonstrating innovative, scientific and practical thinking; helping cadres, party members and people easily grasp the overall situation of the country, the results of the Party's leadership and direction in the past term. At the same time, it creates favorable conditions for discussion, contribution of opinions, and improvement of the quality of documents submitted to the Congress.

Many comments focused on large, in-depth and highly practical content groups. The comments on the draft documents showed the trust and expectations of cadres, party members and people in the Party's leadership, the spirit of innovation, science and openness in the process of preparing documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission will continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of the contents of the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, ensuring that the people have full access and have a basis to participate and give comments.

Expand and diversify forms of opinion collection, creating favorable conditions for cadres, party members, and people at home and abroad, especially in remote, isolated, and ethnic minority areas.

Focus on objectively and comprehensively synthesizing comments and suggestions, paying attention to proposals with theoretical, practical and creative values, contributing to perfecting the vision and orientation of national development. Strengthen inspection, supervision and urging of implementation; at the same time, promote propaganda, orient public opinion, fight against wrong viewpoints, and spread typical comments and suggestions.

Localities affected by natural disasters need to flexibly adjust their plans, combine in-person and online forms, ensure safety, democracy, and promote the people's intelligence and enthusiasm in contributing ideas to build the 14th National Congress documents.
