At the conference, voters of Sung Phai commune were informed by delegates of the People's Councils at three levels about the results of recent sessions of the People's Councils at three levels and the expected time, content, and program of the 16th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XV, the 11th session of the Lai Chau City People's Council, term IV; and the 8th session of the People's Council of Sung Phai commune, term XX, term 2021 - 2026.

Voters have made a number of recommendations such as: Speeding up the process of granting land use right certificates to people; hoping to reduce the tax on granting land use right certificates to people who have built houses and lived on their land for many years. Proposing to repair roads, drainage ditches, and water pipes connecting Ta Chai village with Trung Chai village. Providing electricity to people in Suoi Thau and Sung Phai villages.

It is recommended to continue to extend the support for meals for disadvantaged students according to Resolution No. 10 of the Provincial People's Council. There are legal sanctions to limit the situation of child marriage in the commune; the survey, design and construction of Sung Phai Secondary School must be close to the practical needs of use and management of the school. It is necessary to speed up the completion of Sung Can road in Sin Chai village, repair the road section from the city to the highland villages of the commune. Increase the allowance for village officials, and soon provide funds for dredging canals for the people in the area. Construction vehicles of some units are parked illegally in Hoi Lung village, causing traffic insecurity. It is recommended to have a solution to handle this.
