At the Congress, comrade Trinh Ngoc Tan, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Museum's Youth Union presented a Summary Report on the Youth Union's work and youth movement for the 2022-2027 term, and the direction of activities for the 2025-2030 term. The Ho Chi Minh Museum's Youth Union currently has 33 members participating in activities at 02 branches, of which 12 are party members. During the last term, on the basis of implementing the Resolution of the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union proactively followed the goals and work orientations approved by the Congress, and at the same time received timely guidance from the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and direct leadership from the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Thanks to that, the Youth Union's work and youth movement at the base have achieved many important results, meeting practical requirements. Many practical activities have contributed to affirming the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of the Ho Chi Minh Museum's youth, accompanying the overall development of the agency and unit. Notably, for three consecutive years 2022, 2023, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh Museum's Youth Union has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, demonstrating the recognition and high appreciation of the superiors for the unit's performance.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Mai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, affirmed: “The Ho Chi Minh Museum Youth Union has clearly demonstrated its role as a pioneering and trustworthy force in all activities of the Museum. During the past term, especially the period 2022 - 2025, the Ho Chi Minh Museum Youth Union has affirmed its capacity and responsibility not only in professional work but also in mass activities, achieving many remarkable achievements”. Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Mai also expressed her hope that the Executive Committee of the Youth Union for the 2025 - 2030 term will continue the tradition of the Museum's youth, always being a pioneer, exemplary, innovative, creative, promoting youth, taking the lead in assigned tasks; at the same time affirming its leadership role, guiding the Youth Union movement to develop more and more.

At the Congress, Comrade Le Minh Duc, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Member of the Standing Committee of the Government Youth Union, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and results that the Ho Chi Minh Museum Youth Union achieved in the past term. Comrade Le Minh Duc expressed his thanks to the Party Committee and the Museum's Leadership for always paying attention and creating favorable conditions for the Ho Chi Minh Museum Youth Union to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the higher-level Youth Union; at the same time, he expressed his hope that in the coming time, the Youth Union will continue to receive companionship and support to further promote its role, responsibility and youthfulness in all activities. Over the years, the Ho Chi Minh Museum Youth Union has always been one of the typical collectives, excellently completing the tasks of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism .

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity and high unity, the Youth Union members of the Ho Chi Minh Museum's Youth Union voted to elect 07 outstanding members to the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Museum's Youth Union, term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, the Congress also elected 04 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate to attend the 4th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, term 2025 - 2030.
