On May 30, 2025, General Phan Van Giang - Minister of National Defense signed Decision No. 186/QDD-BQP appointing Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Nghe An Provincial Military Command to hold the position of Commander of Nghe An Provincial Military Command. The above Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Colonel Dinh Bat Van was born in 1975, from Thanh Tuong commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province.
In 1992, comrade Dinh Bat Van joined the army; received basic training and held positions such as: Deputy Chief of Staff of Nam Dan District Military Command; Assistant of the Operations Department of Military Region 4; Office Assistant, Deputy Chief of Office of Military Region 4 Command.
In August 2018, comrade Dinh Bat Van was appointed to the position of Deputy Commander of Nghe An Provincial Military Command, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
Through all his positions, comrade Dinh Bat Van has excellently completed his tasks and received commendation and high appreciation from all levels.
