Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc holds the position of Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, the Ministry of Public Security announced the Minister's decision on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen The Hung, Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, to take up the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Security - Ministry of Public Security; announced and handed over the decision on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc, Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony to congratulate and assign tasks to Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc, Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen expressed his hope that in his new position, the Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police would continue to promote his political mettle, intelligence, working capacity as well as practical experience, perform well the advisory function for Khanh Hoa province in ensuring security and order in the area; lead and direct the Provincial Police to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Ministry of Public Security.
