At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the Minister's decision to transfer Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh to work and hold the position of Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police.
Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh is a well-trained officer, matured from the grassroots, and has held many different positions and positions at the district and provincial police and the Ministry of Public Security.

Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh has been appointed as Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, replacing Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan, who was transferred to take up the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security on January 20.
