On the morning of February 17, at the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the ceremony to announce the decision on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy Director, Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security to take up the position of Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the Minister's decision to transfer Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh to work and hold the position of Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police.

Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh is a well-trained officer, matured from the grassroots, and has held many different positions and positions at the district and provincial police and the Ministry of Public Security.

The leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel assessed that regardless of his position or job title, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh always upholds a high sense of responsibility, is exemplary, proactive, and close to work; always has the awareness to self-study and learn to constantly strive, practice and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh was appointed as Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police to replace Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan, who was transferred to take up the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security on January 20.
