Colonel Bui Quang Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented decisions on transfer and rotation to 7 comrades to receive new assignments.

They are: Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Luc, Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Professional Records Department; Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tien Nam, Head of the Traffic Police Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Logistics and Technical Department; Lieutenant Colonel Dong Xuan Chinh, Head of the Logistics and Technical Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Traffic Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Dinh Hung, Head of Binh Giang District Police, was transferred to the position of Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quynh Lan, Head of the Internal Security Department, was transferred to the position of Head of Binh Giang District Police; Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thi Quyen, Head of the Professional Records Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Professional and Offline Technical Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Duc Khoa, Head of the Professional and Offline Technical Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Internal Security Department.

Provincial Police officers presented flowers to congratulate the transferred comrades.

The Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Police Party Committee also decided to appoint 6 comrades who were transferred to the new unit to join the Party Committee and hold the position of Party Cell Secretary and the grassroots Party Committee. The position of Chief of Binh Giang District Police is awaiting additional procedures for the Party Committee according to regulations.
