After 41 years in the army, assigned by the Party to a new field of work, General Trinh Van Quyet affirmed that in any position, he will wholeheartedly and fully carry out the assigned tasks; and will continue to promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers and the tradition of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.
