During the flight from Cam Ranh airport to the relief point, the meteorological conditions were complicated, with light rain, the pilots calmly controlled the helicopter to fly at a speed of 140km/h with an altitude of 200m. The first pilot kept the aircraft stable, the second pilot observed the engine's operating parameters.

Colonel Ngo Hong Son, Deputy Commander of the 917th Regiment's Training Division, said: "The moment we flew into the flooded area, it was heartbreaking to see people surrounded by floodwaters, isolated, suffering from hunger and cold, their lives in danger. Our flight crew always kept in mind to do our best to provide enough food and necessities for the people. We hope that with our enthusiasm and small efforts, we will contribute to overcoming the consequences of natural disasters for the people."

In the coming days, officers and soldiers of the helicopter air force of the Air Defense - Air Force will continue to do a good job of preparing all aspects, always ready to take off when ordered, ensuring the fastest and most effective relief for people in flood-affected areas.
