Implement multiple solutions simultaneously
At a rare age, Mr. Nguyen Van Bac, village 3, Nhan Co commune, Dak R'lap district, still has to live in a temporary, dilapidated house.
Recently, when receiving 60 million VND from the State's support program to eliminate temporary houses, Mr. Bac's family boldly borrowed money from relatives to contribute to build a spacious level 4 house with an area of 70 square meters, with an investment of more than 100 million VND.
During the entire process of building the house, the local government closely followed and mobilized organizations to contribute labor and working days, promoting the construction process to meet the schedule, ensuring quality, and promptly handing over the house to the family on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

Mr. Nguyen Van Bac happily said that because he and his wife are old and weak, and have no income, life is still difficult. With the support of the State to build a new house, the family is very happy and feels secure in their old age. From now on, the family will no longer be haunted by the scene of running in the rain at night because the house is leaking like before.
Along with the implementation of new housing construction according to plan, implementing the policy of the Central and local governments on mobilizing forces to join hands and contribute with people to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dak Ha commune (Dak Glong district) have called for the participation of the women's union, youth union, militia and self-defense force, etc.
Through activities such as dismantling old houses, digging foundations, transporting materials, etc., socio -political organizations have contributed to solidifying houses for people in difficult circumstances. In addition to the budget allocated by the Steering Committee for the Program to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses, districts and cities in the province have actively mobilized resources from units and businesses to build houses for poor households.
Vice Chairman of Dak Song District People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Than said that after reviewing, the whole district still has about 90 households facing housing difficulties. In recent times, the locality has mobilized more resources from the community, businesses, organizations and individuals to support the construction of houses for households facing difficulties, ensuring that the houses meet safety and quality standards.
At the launching ceremony of the district’s temporary and dilapidated house removal program last March, businesses donated VND720 million to support the locality in removing temporary houses. In particular, in the context of high material and labor prices, many localities in the province have shown creativity, mobilizing human and material resources to support people in building houses, thereby reducing construction costs.
Typically, Duc Xuyen commune (Krong No district) mobilized sand mining enterprises to support people with part of the construction materials; Thuan An commune (Dak Mil district) mobilized militia forces to directly participate in building houses for people...

Up to now, hundreds of poor households and households with housing difficulties have been supported to build new and repair spacious and solid houses, helping people stabilize their lives and develop their economy with peace of mind.
