Dam Rong: Honoring excellent and typical advanced students

Collectives with outstanding achievements received Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training.

In the past 5 years, from the movements of Good Teaching - Good Learning and Innovation in Teaching and Learning, more than 600 teachers in Dam Rong district have achieved the title of excellent teachers, excellent homeroom teachers at all levels; 100% of schools have developed plans to implement the Happy School Model, aiming for a loving, safe and respectfuleducational environment, without school violence and violations of teachers' ethics. Cultural and sports activities are maintained and developed.

Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training to individuals with outstanding achievements

During the period 2020 - 2025, 1,142 students won prizes in competitions at the provincial, national and international levels. In the youth innovation and science and technology competition, 18 student projects participated in the provincial competition, of which 7 projects won prizes; participated in the Phu Dong Sports Festival in Region 1 and won 36 provincial medals.

In the 2024-2025 school year alone, the district has more than 214 students winning prizes at provincial, national and international competitions.

The District People's Committee commends and rewards excellent students in the 2024 - 2025 school year

Up to now, the school network has developed reasonably, the whole district currently has 32/35 kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and high schools meeting national standards, reaching a rate of 91.4%. Every year, the results of universalizing preschool education for 5-year-old children, universalizing primary education level 3, universalizing secondary education level 2 and eliminating illiteracy level 2 are maintained.

Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Bui Thi La - Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Dam Rong district, said: These results show that Dam Rong education has developed comprehensively, evenly and synchronously in all fields. The education career has made great strides, successfully completing the tasks of education development assigned by the Party and the People, making great contributions to the socio-economic development of the district.

In recognition of these great achievements, over the years, the education and training sector of Dam Rong district has been awarded many noble awards such as: Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training, Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister. Many teachers have been awarded certificates of merit by the Party and the State for their outstanding contributions to the education and training cause of the district.

Through the Commendation Ceremony, we aim to arouse and motivate the successful implementation of Resolution No. 29 of the 11th Central Executive Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, as well as promote the emulation movement of innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning to celebrate the 135th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).

On this occasion, the Ministry of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 10 individuals; The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dam Rong district awarded certificates of merit to 7 groups and 124 individuals, including 42 teachers and 82 students who had outstanding achievements in the Emulation Movement for Innovation and Creativity in Management, Teaching and Learning in the period 2020 - 2025 and the school year 2024 - 2025.
