Skillful mass mobilization contributes to strengthening the great national unity bloc.

The emulation movement for mass mobilization has been promoted and implemented by localities and units in the province, achieving many positive results. Thereby, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, widely gathering the masses to participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the construction and development of Quang Ninh to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

Since the beginning of the term, Party committees and authorities at all levels have done a good job of propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the law, actively responding to patriotic emulation movements, associated with the local annual work theme. Models and typical examples of skillful mass mobilization have been widely replicated, creating a spread in the residential community, businesses, and people to join hands and contribute to completing political tasks, especially solving new problems arising from grassroots practices, firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc.

In order for the emulation movement to be widely deployed and bring about practical results, Uong Bi City has promoted propaganda work to raise awareness among cadres, party members and people about the meaning and importance of mass mobilization work and the emulation movement to be skillful. At the same time, strengthen the role and responsibility of leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations in replicating, maintaining and sustainably developing good models and creative ways of doing things.

Nam Son Street (Nam Khe Ward, Uong Bi City) is nearly 1km long with 106 households living along the route. To implement the construction of a self-managed, model street, the Party cells of the residential areas have closely followed the direction of the ward, held meetings to deploy the contents, promoted propaganda and mobilization to each household. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Luyen, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Nam Son Area, the construction of a model street is only successful when the whole population participates, so mass mobilization and propaganda work plays a very important role. In addition to promoting the exemplary role of each cadre and party member, the Party Cell and the organizations of the area have directly mobilized the households. When the people learned, discussed, directly supervised and enjoyed the benefits of the model street, they enthusiastically and responsibly participated in contributing funds and efforts to the construction. The people contributed 185 million VND to join hands with the locality to modernize the street in terms of infrastructure, ensuring traffic safety and urban beauty. Neighborhood residents also actively participate in cleaning and preserving the common environmental landscape to keep the street clean and beautiful.

Implementing the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization, the Party committees and authorities of Binh Lieu district have paid attention to its wide implementation. With 96% of the population being ethnic minorities, the district has effectively promoted the role of 119 prestigious people in the area. Over the years, this team has played a good role as a "bridge" to bring the Party's policies and the State's laws to ethnic minorities. In order for people to follow, they not only propagate and mobilize, but also always take the lead in all activities. The team of prestigious people has made many contributions to the work of ethnic and mountainous development of the district and the province, actively mobilizing people to sustainably reduce poverty, build new rural areas, and develop the local socio -economy.

Dong Trieu City has paid attention to implementing mass mobilization work with many practical models, thereby contributing to strengthening the close connection between the Party and the people, maintaining stability, creating momentum for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the area. Up to now, the city has hundreds of skillful and effective mass mobilization models, creating positive social effects and spillover effects, especially models of building exemplary new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and good production and business... Outstanding is the movement "Lighting up the countryside roads" of the Veterans Association, which is one of the skillful mass mobilization models that has been maintained and widely spread in recent times. The Veterans Associations of communes and wards act as the core, proposing to the Party Committees and authorities to mobilize members and people to contribute to installing over 10,000 light bulb clusters, regularly lighting up nearly 400km of roads. The effectiveness of the movement not only contributes to creating a civilized urban and rural appearance, but also ensures security and traffic safety.

The emulation movement for skillful mass mobilization with many typical models and tasks is spreading throughout localities in the province. Thereby, it contributes to creating unity and social consensus in implementing the goals of socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security. The situation of people, ethnic groups and religions in the province is basically stable. The great national unity bloc and the people's trust in the Party and the government are consolidated and maintained. In September 2024, storm No. 3 caused extremely heavy damage to the province, but people of all walks of life always believe in the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels, joining hands to overcome the damage and soon stabilize their lives and production.

The province is continuing to direct the promotion of emulation movements in mass mobilization in association with the implementation of political tasks of localities and units, Resolution No. 20-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee "On directions and tasks in 2024", Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW of the 7th Central Conference, 11th term "On strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work in the new situation", associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
