The Party Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Lottery Company Limited was established on July 2, 2024 on the basis of upgrading from the Party Cell of Gia Lai Provincial Lottery Company Limited. At the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Company's Party Cell had only 26 party members.

The Party Committee has introduced 16 outstanding people to study the Party target class and admitted 16 new Party members. Currently, the Party Committee has completed the official Party transfer documents for 7 cases. The Party Committee currently has 45 Party members, operating in 4 affiliated Party cells, accounting for 60.56% of the total number of cadres and workers.

In order to promote the Party's leadership role in business activities, the Company's Party Committee always focuses on training, fostering, developing Party members, and building high-quality human resources. Accordingly, the Party Committee focuses on personnel planning, reviewing and supplementing the planning of management positions, and planning management staff in accordance with conditions, capacity, and professional qualifications.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Company's total revenue reached over VND 2,449 billion, with a growth rate of 13%. Total profit reached VND 211.78 billion. The Company paid over VND 772 billion to the state budget. Average income per capita reached VND 16.46 million/month, an increase of VND 2.1 million compared to the target of Resolution VII of the Congress. The Company has also fully implemented the regimes and policies on employee benefits.

Accordingly, the Congress agreed on important targets such as: organizing, building and operating the Company's business activities in accordance with the Party's policies and the State's laws, safely and effectively; the average revenue growth rate during the term increased by 12% compared to the beginning of the term; paying the annual budget correctly, fully and promptly according to the law; fully implementing the legal and legitimate regimes and benefits, improving the material and spiritual life of employees, the average income of employees is over 18.5 million VND/person/month.

Along with that, the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance contributions for employees reaches 100%; performing well the social security work; striving for the Party Committee to complete its tasks well or better every year. 90% or more of the subordinate Party cells complete their tasks well; 90% or more of the Party members complete their tasks well; over 95% of the Party members, over 90% of the masses study the Party's guidelines, policies, resolutions, and the State's laws; striving during the term, the admission of Party members reaches 5% or more compared to the total number of Party members of the Party Committee at the beginning of the term; striving for the mass organizations to complete their tasks well or better every year.
