Registering projects to start construction and inaugurate to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of National Day September 2

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's direction in Official Dispatch No. 57/CD-TTg dated May 5, 2025 on preparations for organizing groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for projects and works commemorating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the Government plans to organize groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for major projects and works nationwide on August 19, 2025.

Therefore, the Ministry of Construction requests ministries, branches, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, corporations and general companies under the Ministry of Finance to direct agencies and units to speed up investment procedures; review the progress of ongoing projects and works to select projects and works that are eligible to register for commencement and inauguration on this occasion.

The list of registered works and projects eligible for commencement and inauguration must be sent to the Ministry of Construction in writing before July 15, 2025.

The projects and works have completed the procedures as prescribed, ensuring sufficient conditions for groundbreaking and inauguration. The investors of the projects and works have proactively prepared the necessary technical conditions to organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of the projects nationwide online, connecting the bridges according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
