1. Theme of Da Nang International Fireworks Festival DIFF-2025

The theme of DIFF-2025 is “Da Nang – New Era”. This is not only a symbolic theme but also reflects the spirit of innovation and strong development of Da Nang in the current period. With creative fireworks displays, this year’s festival will combine traditional cultural elements with modern trends, opening a new era for the city.

2. Time of Da Nang International Fireworks Festival DIFF-2025

DIFF-2025 will be held every Saturday from May 31 to July 12, lasting for 6 weeks (except July 5). The festival will start with the opening night at the end of May, followed by fireworks competitions between international teams, and end with the final night on July 12.

The program will include fireworks competitions from teams from all over the world , bringing exciting experiences that visitors cannot miss. Each competition night will have its own theme, thereby creating diversity and novelty throughout the festival.

3. DIFF-2025 ceremony venue

The DIFF-2025 fireworks festival will take place on the east bank of the Han River, Tran Hung Dao Street is the main location for audiences to admire the most brilliant fireworks displays.

4. Teams competing at DIFF-2025

DIFF-2025 has the participation of 10 fireworks teams from 9 countries, with the participation of teams from three different continents. Notably, this is the first time the festival has the participation of two Vietnamese teams, including Da Nang and 21 Chemical Company Limited. Teams from other countries are equally impressive, including the defending champion Finland and many strong teams from countries such as Poland, China, Canada, Korea, Italy, Portugal and England.

5. Match schedule and night themes

The festival will be held with 6 official competition nights, each night with a different theme:

Night 1 (May 31): "Cultural Essence": Vietnam 1 (Da Nang) - Finland

Night 2 (7-6): “Creative Art”: Vietnam 2 (Z121) - Poland

Night 3 (June 14): “Connecting Journey”: Canada - China

The team from China created a "phenomenon" at the DIFF 2024 season with a light show and many unique effects.

Night 4 (June 21): “Sustainable Development”: Portugal - UK

Night 5 (June 28): “Technology leads the way”: Korea - Italy

Final Night (July 12): “Welcoming a new era”: The two best teams

The competition nights are not only a competition between talented fireworks teams, but also creative artistic performances, demonstrating the combination of culture and modern technology.

7. Highlights of DIFF-2025

* DIFF-2025 is the largest-scale fireworks festival, with the longest duration and largest scale of organization with 6 shows, gathering 10 excellent teams from Asia, Europe and America.

* Each night is a concert - a symphony of fireworks and captivating music .

* AR technology is applied to the Sun Paradise Land application to bring new interactive experiences, helping the audience immerse themselves in the festival space more vividly.

* Not only fireworks, DIFF-2025 also comes with cultural events, music and attractive entertainment activities prepared by Da Nang city and the organizing committee. These events will create a vibrant festival atmosphere, attracting a large number of visitors.
