At the conference, delegates were informed, thoroughly grasped and implemented Conclusion No. 133-KL/TW dated March 27, 2025 of the Politburo on solutions to strengthen cooperation and adapt to adjustments in US economic and trade policies; the main results in 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 689-NQ/QUTW dated October 10, 2014 of the Central Military Commission on preventing, combating and overcoming consequences of natural disasters, catastrophes, rescue and relief until 2020 and the following years; Resolution No. 3589-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission on improving civil defense capacity until 2030 and the following years.

On the basis of studying and absorbing the contents of the conclusions and resolutions, the Party Committee of Military Region 1 requires Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to continue studying and grasping the core contents and new points in the conclusions of the Politburo and resolutions of the Central Military Commission.

Disseminate, thoroughly understand, and effectively propagate to 100% of cadres, party members, and the masses in the unit to fully and deeply understand the purpose, meaning, importance, and guiding viewpoints, goals, tasks, and solutions stated in the conclusions of the Politburo and resolutions of the Central Military Commission.

On that basis, Party committees, Party organizations, and commanders of agencies and units continue to lead, direct, disseminate, and concretize the contents of conclusions and resolutions in regulations, programs, and implementation plans in a strict, appropriate, and consistent manner with the actual functions and tasks of the agencies and units.

Thereby, contributing to building clean and strong Party committees and organizations, comprehensively strong "exemplary and typical" agencies and units, especially building a "refined, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient" apparatus, to create motivation and resources to bring the country into a new era, an era of national growth.

On this occasion, Military Region 1 disseminated, deployed, and guided a number of new points in the arrangement of local military organizations to units in the Military Region's armed forces.
