On February 1, the Nha Trang City Military Party Committee held a meeting with party members who completed their military service and returned to their localities from 2020 to 2024.
At the meeting, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phong Vien - Deputy Secretary of the City Military Party Committee congratulated and commended the party members who completed their military service and returned to their localities in the past time for always promoting their exemplary vanguard role, contributing to improving the quality of the city's reserve force, strengthening leadership and acting as the core in performing military defense tasks at the local level; at the same time, grasping and recording the thoughts and aspirations of party members on issues such as: Officially transferring the party (for party members who have just been discharged from the army and returned to their localities in 2024); transferring party activities when party members change their place of residence due to working far away; supporting, providing career counseling, and vocational training for party members who have completed their military service in particular and discharged soldiers in general...

It is known that from 2020 to 2024, Nha Trang City has more than 1,700 soldiers completing their military service and returning to their localities, including 58 party members. The majority of party members after completing their military service and returning to their localities strictly abide by the Party's viewpoints, guidelines, policies, the State's laws and policies, the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam , participate in activities fully and in accordance with regulations; and promote their exemplary vanguard role well. Up to now, 12 party members who have completed their military service are working in the political system at all levels and participating in the militia and self-defense forces; many party members have been given stable jobs by companies and enterprises in the area.
