On July 31, the University of Education, Hue University and the Center for Education Quality Assessment - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (KĐCLGD - VNU) organized the opening ceremony of the official survey to serve the external assessment of 3 university-level training programs, including: National Defense - Security Education, Civic Education and Music Pedagogy, according to the set of standards for assessing the quality of training programs issued by the Ministry of Education and Training .

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Ho Son - Principal of Hue University of Education affirmed: " Education quality assessment is a key activity, contributing to helping the school review the process of implementing the training program, evaluate the level of meeting the goals, the suitability with practical requirements and the ability to meet standards in real conditions. This is also an important foundation for the school to continue to build innovative solutions to improve training efficiency and move towards sustainable development."


At the ceremony, representatives of faculties and professional units presented overview reports and development orientations of the evaluated training programs, clarifying the views and strategies for program development of the School in the context of current innovation in higher education.

During the 4 working days (from July 31 to August 3), the external assessment team will conduct surveys, research supporting documents, interview relevant parties, collect feedback from lecturers, students, alumni, employers and survey training facilities. These activities are to ensure that the assessment process is comprehensive, objective and accurate.
Previously, on July 17, Hue University of Education coordinated with the Center for Educational Quality Assessment - VNU to conduct a preliminary survey. The two sides agreed on the program, working content and signed a memorandum of understanding, creating favorable conditions for the official survey.

Up to now, Hue University of Education has had 12 training programs recognized as meeting educational quality standards, including 1 training program meeting international quality standards, affirming the prestige and position of the school in the Vietnamese higher education system. This is also a testament to the continuous efforts to ensure that learners have access to quality training programs that meet the requirements of the labor market and society.
