Speed up the formation of concentrated real estate trading floors and offices

The Government has just issued Resolution No. 124 of the regular Government meeting in July 2023 with many important contents. In particular, requesting ministries, agencies and localities to study and accelerate the formation of centralized trading floors and exchanges for real estate, land, labor and employment markets is one of the key contents.

In addition, the Ministry of Construction presides over and coordinates with agencies and localities to focus on effectively implementing Resolution No. 33 dated March 11, 2023 of the Government; Actively and proactively work with localities and enterprises to accelerate the implementation of real estate projects, especially large projects.

At the same time, review and facilitate the quick processing of investment and construction procedures for projects that have met all the conditions for early implementation, completion, and product launch to the market.

In addition, monthly reports must be made to the Prime Minister on the implementation of the target of 1 million social housing apartments and the disbursement of the VND120,000 billion credit package for social housing, housing for workers, and low-income people.

According to the Resolution, many specific tasks are also assigned to relevant ministries, branches and localities.

Specifically, the Ministry of Transport will preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities to continue directing and urging the construction of transport infrastructure projects, especially important national projects and key projects in the transport sector, ensuring progress and quality, striving to complete and put into operation 3 sections of the North-South expressway in the East (National Highway 45 - Nghi Son, Nghi Son - Dien Chau, My Thuan 2 bridge and My Thuan - Can Tho project) in September 2023.

Coordinate with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and localities to ensure the supply of common construction materials for transport projects; speed up site clearance for key transport projects according to plan.

Urgently complete investment and construction procedures to strive to start construction of a number of projects by the end of 2023 (Ho Chi Minh Road project, Chon Thanh - Duc Hoa section, Rach Soi - Ben Nhat, Go Quao - Vinh Thuan, Dai Ngai bridge...).

Urgently coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment (State Appraisal Council) to complete the Pre-feasibility Study Report of the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis to report to the Politburo;

At the same time, coordinate with the People's Committees of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to remove difficulties and obstacles to speed up the implementation of urban railway projects.

In coordination with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises directed the Vietnam Airports Corporation to implement airport projects, ensuring quality and progress as required; striving to start construction of Long Thanh International Airport in August 2023 .
