Expressing his joy and expectations about the potential of the wine industry in Vietnam, French Ambassador to Vietnam Olivier Brochet emphasized that the presence of many distinguished guests at the event demonstrated consumers' confidence in the quality and high expertise of French producers. This also promises strong development of the Vietnamese market.
Sharing the cultural story behind each bottle of wine, Ambassador Olivier Brochet said that France is the traditional "cradle" of wine production and consumption, "when exporting a bottle of French wine, it is exporting an entire land, a historical story behind it".
Therefore, "enjoying French wine is not just drinking a beverage, but also a way to connect - friends and family gather together, share delicious flavors and strengthen bonds in a friendly space".

Tastin'France 2025 is an opportunity for Vietnamese beverage industry professionals to experience a wide range of wines and spirits from prestigious French regions.
The program brings together 35 wine producers from the regions of Champagne, Burgundy, Loire Valley, Rhône Valley, Languedoc, Bordeaux, Alsace, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Hauts-de-France...
The special thing is that most of the French wine producers participating in this program are not yet present in the Vietnamese market. Therefore, it can be said that this event is like an introduction, an important bridge, helping Vietnamese-French businesses establish a close cooperative relationship, thereby expanding distribution and bringing top quality wine products to Vietnamese consumers.

Assessing the current and future trends in wine consumption in Vietnam, Mr. Vincent Creton, CEO of Cave de Sancerre Company, said that this market increasingly values quality over quantity.
“I see that there is a lot of room for development in Vietnam, and many people love to enjoy French wine. Therefore, I am extremely honored to be here today,” Mr. Creton shared.

In addition to the usual wines, Tastin'France 2025 also offers non-alcoholic wines from the producer Vignerons Autrement.
Ms. Marina Duhau, Export Director of Vignerons Autrement Company, introduced that to make this special wine, it needs to go through a very different process. "The wine is made through vacuum distillation and then boiled at a very high temperature to remove the alcohol, then a little sugar and flavoring is added to improve the flavor. This process all takes place at 6 degrees Celsius".
According to representatives from Vignerons Autrement, this product fits into the trend of alcohol-free and low-alcohol wines that are becoming increasingly popular worldwide. Today's younger generation, or those who want to reduce alcohol consumption for health reasons, and even pregnant women can enjoy wine.
The Tastin'France 2025 wine tasting program is implemented by Business France, the French government 's foreign trade support agency, which plays a role in promoting the export activities of French enterprises, as well as promoting and facilitating foreign investment in the country.
