Responding to VTC News reporter, Jimmii Nguyen said he had just finished a concert on the evening of April 8 in Hanoi . After the news that the concert in Hai Phong was canceled caused a stir, he is still performing normally and has received an apology from the organizer.

Explaining the recent music night controversy, Jimmii Nguyen confirmed that he had signed a performance contract with Song By Night Media Service Trading Joint Stock Company. In the contract terms, the program organizer is responsible for obtaining a performance license.

The male singer said that after seeing the success of the first show organized by this unit, he decided to accept the invitation to participate in the second show because he thought the organization was professional.

"In fact, when the units invite me to participate in shows like the above, they are responsible for asking for permission as well as strictly complying with the provisions of the law. This is also an experience not only for me personally but perhaps for all other artists. From now on, it is necessary to clearly require that the organizing unit is responsible for asking for permission to perform so that incidents that affect artists like this do not happen," he shared.

Jimmii Nguyen confided that he felt quite sad after the incident when this information caused many people to misunderstand that he had violated something.

"My reputation has been greatly affected. After the information was shared, I received many calls from friends and relatives because people thought I had a problem. I hope the press will help me not to create headlines that can cause misunderstandings for readers, affecting my name, reputation and work. I affirm that Jimmii Nguyen personally did not do anything wrong in the story of the show in Hai Phong being stopped by the authorities on the evening of April 7," the famous singer corrected.

He also revealed that the program organizer sent a written apology and hoped to fix the problem with another show.

The male singer revealed that his reputation was greatly affected after the unnecessary scandal.

On the side of Song By Night Media Service Trading Joint Stock Company, this unit also apologized to Jimmii Nguyen and the audience.

"This unexpected incident occurred entirely due to the Organizing Committee's failure to understand the regulations for operating and organizing the event. The company also sincerely hopes that the artists will accept this official apology, and at the same time expresses the wish to invite artist Jimmii Nguyen and the band back to Hai Phong once again to express their apology directly, have the opportunity to correct the mistake, overcome the consequences and complete the mission of connecting and meeting between the artists and the audience ," the organizing unit admitted.

Previously, on the evening of April 7, Mr. Le Duc Cuong, representative of the Fan Club of singer Jimmii Nguyen, rented a hall and services to organize a performance for the Fan Club meeting of singer Jimmii Nguyen at the Vietnam - Czech Friendship Cultural Palace (under the Hai Phong Labor Federation).
