Creative art competition night between two fireworks teams Vietnam and Poland

On the evening of June 7, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2025 (DIFF 2025) held its second competition night, with a competition between the second representative of Vietnam and a veteran fireworks team from Poland.

The theme “Creative Art” turned the second competition night into a top-notch competition between team Z121 Vina Pyrotech (Vietnam 2) and veteran fireworks team Surex Firma Rodzinna from Poland.

As the second representative of Vietnam to participate in DIFF, Z121 Vina Pyrotech - 21 Chemical Company Limited, under the General Department of Defense Industry ( Ministry of Defense ) is a "veteran" with decades of experience accompanying important events and ceremonies in the country.

In its first time entering the international fireworks arena, Z121 Vina Pyrotech lit up the night sky of Da Nang with a performance called “Aspiration to Rise” lasting more than 22 minutes, evoking a journey of Da Nang from the past to the present and towards the future.

Next, the team dyed the night sky a warm yellow, combined with the effect of fireworks slowly blooming and falling softly like falling stars, thereby gently taking the audience into a nostalgic memory, reminding them of a Da Nang that was once a bustling trading center since the 17th century, welcoming sails from all over the world .

From there, Z121 Vina Pyrotech led the audience to a space of the night sky shining with the red flag with yellow star of the Fatherland, along with thousands of giant purple lotus flowers blooming in the air, to mark the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, the reunification of the country and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang city.

The climax of the performance of Vietnam Team 2 was when the melody "As if Uncle Ho were here on the day of great victory" rang out, blending with the enthusiastic applause of the crowd, depicting a radiant Da Nang today.

With a purposeful 5-chapter structure, Team Vietnam 2 took the audience's emotions from gentle, melodious, profound to explosive and final. Through that, the team skillfully and vividly conveyed the message of Vietnam's confidence, aspiration to rise up, as well as the image of a peaceful, stable, striving and developing Vietnam to international friends.

Coming to DIFF 2025, the Surex Firma Rodzinna team from Poland - one of the leading names in Europe with a collection of prestigious awards from all over the international fireworks festivals, brought a fireworks display that was not only eye-catching, but also contained cultural depth based on the legend of the Dragon's Love.

As a continuation of "Legend of the Dragon" at DIFF 2024, Polish gunners brought a performance about the story "Dragon Love", thereby continuing to leave an extremely sublime Polish mark, making the audience watching fireworks feel like they were watching a mythical movie.

The Surex Firma Rodzinna team performed spiraling fireworks, high-altitude fireworks with cool blue, silver and purple color effects, giving the audience the feeling of being in the deep ocean, where the dragon Draco splashed under the water. When the music changed to a gentle rhythm, the Polish team's fireworks bloomed in a fan shape, the golden and orange light seemed to reflect the moonlight on the scales of the fire dragon Luna.

The Polish team used the climax of the song God of Lighting to create a spectacular scene. Fireworks were fired from multiple points, forming a streak of light, symbolizing the moment Draco and Luna joined forces to create the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang.

After more than 20 minutes, the Polish team's performance touched the audience's hearts with a message of love and aspiration to overcome all differences, like the spirit that DIFF always aims for.
