In the plan to adjust housing development until 2025, Da Nang city plans to invest in building at least 25 projects, with more than 11,000 apartments.

The Office of the People's Committee of Da Nang City has just announced Decision No. 767/QD-UBND on approving the adjustment of the City's Housing Development Plan for the 2021-2025 period.

The city's housing development plan for the 2021-2025 period aims to specify the city's housing development targets according to the Housing Development Program for the 2021-2030 period; the Project "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income earners and industrial park workers in the 2021-2030 period" was approved.

Accordingly, for housing development in the period 2021-2025, the average housing area by 2025 strives to reach about 30.0 m2 of floor space/person. Of which, urban areas reach about 30.4 m2 of floor space/person, rural areas reach about 27.2 m2 of floor space/person. The minimum housing floor area by 2025 strives to reach 15-20 m2 of floor space/person.

In addition, by 2025, the rate of solid housing is expected to reach over 70%; simple housing will not arise, especially in urban areas.

The expected completion rate of individual housing floor area in housing construction investment projects is about 55.5%, the expected completion rate of apartment building area in housing construction investment projects is about 44.5%.

Da Nang City approved the adjustment of the City Housing Development Plan for the 2021-2025 period.

According to the Da Nang City Plan, the location and area of housing must be consistent with approved plans; consistent with housing development targets and orientations according to the approved Da Nang City Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030.

For the development plan of each type of social housing in the period of 2021-2025, Da Nang City plans to invest in the construction of at least 25 projects, 11,569 apartments with 890,142 m2 of housing floor. It is expected to complete 7,097 apartments with 507,681 m2 of housing floor, of which 148,104 m2 of housing floor is for rent.

During the implementation process, Da Nang City will review, adjust and supplement projects to provide housing funds for the 2021-2025 period and the 2026-2030 period.

For commercial housing, it is expected to invest in construction of at least 102 projects, 68,699 apartments; expected to complete 46,187 apartments.

For housing for households and individuals, it is expected to invest in construction of about 23,216 units; expected to complete about 21,105 units...
