Speaking at the congress, Mr. Le Dinh Thang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DIC Holdings, commented that in 2024, DIC Holdings achieved outstanding business results far exceeding the set plan.
Specifically, the consolidated output value in 2024 reached VND 979 billion, equal to 110.5% of the plan. Total consolidated revenue reached VND 1,106 billion, equal to 132.9% of the plan. Consolidated profit after tax reached VND 120.4 billion, equal to 109.4% of the plan. Dividend payment was 15%.

In 2024, DIC Holdings was honored to receive the Second-class Labor Medalfrom the President for its outstanding achievements in production, business, care for workers' lives and community responsibility, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

The Congress approved all agendas submitted by the Board of Directors, including the production and business plan for 2025. Accordingly, the consolidated output value planned for 2025 is VND 1,950 billion, an increase of 99.2% compared to 2024. Total consolidated revenue is VND 1,820 billion, an increase of 64.5% compared to 2024. Consolidated profit after tax is VND 172 billion, an increase of 42.8% compared to 2024.
In 2025, the company will continue to increase its charter capital from VND 866 billion to VND 1,000 billion through issuing shares to pay the remaining 10% dividend in 2024 and issuing ESOP shares to employees to celebrate the company's 30th anniversary.

In particular, to be consistent with the development of the brand, scale and strategic orientation of the company's development in the next phase, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the important content of changing the name of DIC Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company to DICERA Holdings Joint Stock Company (abbreviated name: DICERA Holdings).
