Opening of OCOP product showroom in Ba Ria city

Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet (left), Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province, visited the store introducing and selling OCOP products of the Youth Startup Club.

The store located at 2A Nguyen Thanh Dang, Phuoc Trung ward (Ba Ria city) has more than 25 types of products from 18 participating entities, enterprises and cooperatives.

Of which, 80% are OCOP products meeting 3-star and 4-star standards and 20% are typical rural industrial products at all levels in the province such as: Cordyceps, Bau May pepper, Le-ki-ma tea, Du honey, Song Xoai green-skin grapefruit, fermented cocoa wine, Thanh Nghia fish sauce...

Thanh Nghia traditional fish sauce products have been chosen by consumers inside and outside the province in recent times.

The location of the OCOP product showroom is opposite GO Ba Ria supermarket, very convenient for customers to visit and shop.

According to Mr. Tran Tai, Director of Vinabiomush Bio-Mush Company Limited (Deputy Chairman of the Youth Startup Club), the store was put into operation to promote OCOP products, typical rural industrial products and specialties of the province to consumers inside and outside the province. At the same time, it supports businesses and production establishments to invest in expanding production development, improving product quality, developing markets through production development programs and projects, trade promotion; creating sustainable distribution channels, solving consumption issues, promoting tourism promotion associated with connecting supply and demand, and consuming goods.
