Dien Bien: Nearly 100% of administrative procedures are resolved on time

Dien Bien TV - Since the beginning of the year, nearly 100% of records at the Administrative Procedure Information System of Dien Bien province have been processed on time.

Dien Bien province is currently providing nearly 2,000 administrative procedures with synchronized data from the National Database; 100% of eligible administrative procedures are provided as partial and full online public services on the provincial system and integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal. 100% of administrative procedure records received and processed by specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, District People's Committee, and Commune People's Committee are processed through the system.

According to statistics from the beginning of the year until now, departments, branches and localities in the province have received more than 17,000 records on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system; processed records on time and before the deadline reaching nearly 100%; the number of records received online reached over 75%. Thereby, contributing to the implementation of the goal of developing e -Government towards digital Government; improving the quality and efficiency of State agencies' operations towards publicity, transparency and efficiency./.
