At the twinning ceremony, the Party Committee of Battalion 1 and the Party Committee of Sam Mun commune, Dien Bien province exchanged and informed each other about the socio-economic development situation, ensuring political security, social order and safety, military work, national defense, and party building of the two units.

After exchanging and discussing, the two sides agreed on the contents related to the twinning activities between the two units in 2025-2026 with the following goals: Strengthening solidarity and cohesion; creating opportunities for the two units to understand, share, and support each other, building a strong and trustworthy relationship; improving work efficiency, contributing to building a more prosperous and civilized locality, ensuring security and order.

The content of the twinning includes information exchange; propaganda and education activities; cultural, artistic, sports activities; volunteer activities for the community and some other activities. In particular, maintaining effective information exchange on the implementation of political, economic and social tasks, areas, cyberspace, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, regulations of localities, units, traditions, history, culture of the homeland, country, units, the Law on Military Service..., not allowing hostile forces and reactionary elements, political opportunists to take advantage of propaganda and incitement...
