The Minister of Agriculture and Environment directs measures to overcome the impact of floods on agricultural production, restore agricultural production immediately after floods; directs the synthesis of needs, promptly reports and proposes to competent authorities to decide on support for plants and seeds to restore production after floods.
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam directed credit institutions and commercial banks to proactively review and summarize the losses of customers who are borrowing capital, promptly apply policies to support interest rates, defer debt, and continue lending so that people and businesses have conditions to restore production and business.
The Minister of Finance directs the implementation of policies on deferment, exemption, and reduction of taxes, fees, charges, etc. for organizations, individuals, and businesses affected by floods and storms in accordance with the law; promptly handles proposals for rice and food support when requested by localities.
The Minister of Science and Technology directed telecommunications corporations to quickly restore telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring communication for production, business and services for the people.
