Attending the inspection were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Cong, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tat Dat, Captain of the Command, Military and Martial Arts Team; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tien Hung, officer of the Political Affairs Department, along with commanders, officers and soldiers of the professional teams of the Traffic Police Department.

Implementing the Plan of Hanoi City Police on training in military regulations and martial arts in 2025, the Traffic Police Department has proactively developed a deployment plan to units; coordinated with the Political Work Department to organize theoretical training, training in skills of use, preservation and shooting rules of some types of military weapons for 100% of officers and soldiers.

The inspection and evaluation of training results were held over two days (October 31 and November 1) to comprehensively test the awareness and practical skills of command, military, and martial arts of officers and soldiers; thereby raising the sense of organization, discipline, and training spirit, contributing to building a strong, regular force.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Cong, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police, delivered the opening speech at the inspection and evaluation session.

Speaking at the opening of the inspection, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Cong, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department, emphasized: “The work of regulations, military and martial arts is an important political task, demonstrating the discipline and regularity of the People's Public Security Forces. Each officer and soldier not only completes the inspection well, but also needs to maintain compliance with regulations in all work activities, especially during the implementation of tasks on the road; thereby building the image of a regular, elite, modern Capital Traffic Police soldier, serving the people”.

During the inspection, officers and soldiers fully performed the prescribed contents including: Team command movements, mixed martial arts exercises No. 25, 38, 44 and People's Public Security ceremonies. The inspection process took place seriously, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, training efforts, proactively overcoming difficulties, ensuring training progress and quality.

At the end of the inspection, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tat Dat, Captain of the Military and Martial Arts Command Team, representing the Inspection Team, acknowledged and commended the seriousness, responsibility and efficiency in the preparation, organization and training of the officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department. He requested the unit to continue to maintain the discipline of training in military and martial arts commands, considering this a regular task to improve the mettle, skills and formal style of the force. Along with that, it is necessary to seriously overcome the existing shortcomings and minor limitations to continuously improve the quality of training, meeting the requirements of work and combat in the new situation.
