Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School has just organized the Forum "Positioning the development model of Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School in the new period".
Dr. Luong Trong Thanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Principal of the School, together with lecturers and students, discussed the positioning of the development model of the Political School.
At the forum, staff, lecturers and students reviewed the process of establishment and development of the School; in particular, they shared about the constant innovation in organizing training and fostering forms of staff in the past as well as present.
In recent years, closely following the Central's orientation, from the local and school's practices; in order to clearly define the goals, focus all resources and create motivation for development, Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School has chosen the model of "5 best, 4 development pillars and 5 innovation orientations". After 10 years of implementing the model, up to now, the school has achieved nearly 90% of the target of a level 2 standard school, especially, from the process of building and implementing the model, the Political School has created positive movements.
The most outstanding mark of the School is that from a central model, it has built many innovative models for students with many core values, promoting the position of the owner and the role of master in learning, training and acquiring knowledge, developing the qualities and abilities of students; loving students; orienting the methods and creating motivation for students to strive from ordinary students to become exemplary students, from ordinary class groups to become model groups.

Entering the era of national development, facing the requirement of building the Political School to soon reach level 2 standards by 2025 and reach model standards, the School researched, supplemented, and perfected the development model of "5 focuses, 4 pillars, 5 innovation directions".
The model and development goals of the School in the new period are very good but long-term and difficult, requiring arousing the desire to contribute; a steadfast spirit; daring to think, daring to do, daring to innovate, daring to face difficulties and challenges, daring to act for the common interests of generations of staff, lecturers and students of the School.
Also at the forum, students participating in the discussion suggested that the School should be more creative in organizing the teaching of many skills, especially psychological skills; need to organize a survey on the needs and desires of students in organizing the activities of Saturday Connection; need to research and establish clubs to attract students; need to promote practice in the curriculum...
The forum "Positioning the development model of Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School in the new period" is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and the 75th anniversary of the school's founding.
The forum is an opportunity for the school's staff, civil servants and students to demonstrate their responsibility in researching and determining the position and development model of the Political School in the era of national development, contributing to realizing the goal of our country becoming a high-income developed country by 2045, Thanh Hoa becoming a rich, civilized, modern, comprehensively developed and exemplary province.
After the Forum, students of each class will continue to study the concretization of the central model into specific models to improve the quality of learning and training. The school will issue guidelines for implementing the model of "5 focuses, 4 pillars, 5 innovation orientations" throughout the school, and at the same time recommend the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to recognize this as one of the criteria of a standard level 2 school. In particular, from the practice and experience of building this model, the school will edit the book "Positioning the development model of Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School" in the era of national development as a handbook to guide all activities and spread good values, sharing experiences with schools in the system./.
