Currently, about 15,879 customers in the two most severely damaged localities, Gia Lai and Dak Lak, are being focused on by electricity units, striving to complete the restoration of power supply on November 13.
On the medium voltage grid, EVNCPC has handled 392/468 incidents, reaching 83.76%. The entire system has 19,281/19,563 distribution transformer stations restored, reaching 98.56%; 282 stations (0.49%) are still being repaired. The unrestored capacity is estimated at 30.6 MW, equivalent to 0.8% of the maximum load in the entire region.

In Gia Lai province, Gia Lai Electricity Company has restored power to 135/208 incidents, restoring power to more than 98.7% of customers; about 12,355 customers (1.27%) and 243 transformer stations (2.1%) have not been supplied with power.
In Dak Lak, Dak Lak Electricity Company has restored 110/113 incidents, restoring power to 99.5% of customers; 4,861 customers (0.51%) and 53 transformer stations (0.5%) are still being processed.
According to EVNCPC, more than 2,800 officers, engineers, workers, vehicles, materials, and equipment of member power companies and the Central Power Service Company have been mobilized and coordinated with local authorities to speed up the load restoration process, ensuring stable power supply for production and people's daily life.

Currently, some low-lying and remote areas, where there is still water or the power lines behind the meter are damaged, cannot be safely energized. EVNCPC recommends that people proactively check the electrical system in their homes and contact the Central Power Customer Care Center 1900 1909 for support when detecting electrical safety risks.
The Corporation also directed units to strengthen propaganda on electrical safety, apply software to warn of sudden power output to promptly detect the risk of short circuits, ensuring safety for people when using electricity after storms and floods.
