Akari City phase 2 includes 4 towers AK7, 8, 9 and NEO, 30 floors high with more than 1,600 apartments, starting construction at the end of June 2022.
After 1.5 years of construction, in November 2023, all 4 towers were topped out as planned, completing the rough construction, entering the construction phase inside the apartments and internal utilities. Up to now, Akari City phase 2 is completing the final items to be ready for handover, welcoming new residents in the fourth quarter of this year.

In case of using the loan package, customers are entitled to a maximum limit of 70% of the value, interest-free for 18 months and principal grace period for 24 months.
