Congratulatory message on Cuba's National Day

On the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Cuba (January 1, 1959 - January 1, 2026), on December 31, General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong jointly sent a congratulatory message to the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory message to the Chairman of the National Assembly of People's Powers Esteban Lazo Hernández.

On the same day, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung sent a congratulatory message to Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla.
