The 50th anniversary of the country's reunification will officially take place tomorrow morning (April 30) in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. People who attend the parade on this occasion should absolutely pay attention to the following to help ensure security, order and safety for themselves.
1. Roads that prohibit both pedestrians and vehicles
Unlike the previous rehearsals, preliminary rehearsals and final rehearsals of the parade, where people were allowed to sit on the sidewalks in restricted areas to watch the parade, in tomorrow's official program, traffic police and other authorities will "clear" more than 20 central streets to serve the parade. People need to strictly follow the regulations of the authorities or the signs on the road.
Specifically, from around 1 a.m., the traffic police began deploying troops and, together with other forces, began asking people and vehicles around the restricted area to leave. Only forces on duty, delegates participating in the program with cards, vehicles with badges... were allowed to enter the restricted area and continue with security checks.
The area is completely off limits to both people and vehicles from 3am on April 30.

2. Where to park to watch the April 30 parade?
Traffic police recommend that people limit the use of personal vehicles when traveling to areas where the 50th anniversary of national reunification is being held because authorities have organized traffic diversion and isolated some routes in the city center.
People should note that currently, vehicle parking areas are very limited and most of them are located in traffic diversion and isolation areas. People coming to watch the festival activities can use public transportation such as buses and metro to Ba Son, City Theater, Ben Thanh stations, etc.
