Suspension of training activities of Ha Hoa Tien University

The suspension period is 12 months from the date of the decision. During the suspension period, the school must promptly complete the conditions to be allowed to operate training activities according to current law regulations, periodically every 3 months on the implementation results.

The Ministry of Education and Training also requested Ha Hoa Tien University to take measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of students, teachers, administrators and staff of the school.

Regarding the reason for the suspension, the decision clearly stated that the school violated the provisions at Point b and Point d, Clause 1, Article 101 of Decree No. 125/2024/ND-CP dated October 5, 2024 of the Government regulating conditions for investment and operation in the field of education .

Accordingly, Ha Hoa Tien University was suspended from training activities due to "not publicizing or not meeting the conditions to ensure the organization of training activities for the majors, fields and training scales after being permitted to operate by competent authorities".

Ha Hoa Tien University is a private university located in Ha Nam province, established under Decision No. 1276/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2007 of the Prime Minister (QD1276/QD-TTg).

According to information displayed on the school's website, the school's most recent enrollment activity was in 2015.

According to information published in the People's Police Newspaper on May 7, 2016, the Ministry of Public Security has signed a contract to buy back Ha Hoa Tien University and set a goal that in the next 3-4 years, the Ha Hoa Tien school cluster will be a bright spot among the education and training centers of the whole country.
