The reason for the recall is that the tested sample did not meet the quality standards for volume uniformity.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam has suspended the circulation and recalled nationwide the product batch of Adaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser - 125ml bottle. The label states: Receipt number of the Declaration Form: 001454/23/CBMP-HCM; Batch number: ADSX010324; Manufacturing date: March 11, 2024; Expiry date: March 11, 2027; The organization responsible for bringing the product to market and manufacturing: GAMMA Pharmaceutical - Cosmetic Production Company Limited, Office address: 18 Nguyen Hau Street, Tan Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City; Production address: 201/21 Nguyen Thi Ne, Phu Hiep Hamlet, Phu Hoa Dong Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The reason for the recall is that the test sample contained Methylparaben and Propylparaben which are not included in the product formula ingredients that have been granted a Cosmetic Product Declaration Receipt Number.

Suspend circulation and recall nationwide the product G-Thera Amino Anti-Wrinkle Mask, Type 05 pieces Box of 25g, Lot number: CL06C7, Expiry date: EXP20251218, Receipt number of Declaration 196219/23/CBMP-QLD; Organization responsible for bringing the product to the market: VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited (address: Mezzanine floor of Dai Thanh Binh Building, No. 911-913-915-917 Nguyen Trai, Ward 14, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City); Manufacturer: C&Tech Corporation, Korea.

The reason for the recall is that the original product label does not list the correct ingredients as in the cosmetic product declaration file (missing Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin).

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the provincial and municipal health departments to notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to immediately stop trading and using the above products and return them to the suppliers; recall the above-mentioned violating product batches; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice; and handle violators according to current regulations.

Require businesses related to the above products to send recall notices to distribution and usage locations; receive returned products from business establishments and recall the entire batch of products that do not meet regulations.

Regarding the product G-Thera Amino Anti-Wrinkle Mask, the Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to supervise VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited in recalling this product; report the results of the supervision to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before July 11, 2025; Continue to clarify and handle violations (if any) for 2 products using phrases that can be misunderstood as drugs: Hanayuki Shampoo product, Hanayuki Empire of Beauty brand, 300g bottle, Production date: January 5, 2025, Expiry date: January 4, 2027, LO: 0010125 (Receipt number of Declaration 780/24/CBMP-DN) and VB Soft & Silk product, Hanayuki Empire of Beauty brand, 150g bottle, Production date: January 2, 2025, Expiry date: January 1, 2027, LO: 0010125 (Receipt number of Declaration 792/24/CBMP-DN) recorded in Inspection Report No. 91/BB-TTra dated May 22, 2025.

At the same time, complete the transfer of violation records for products with signs of criminal violations discovered during the inspection process to the Police Agency for investigation and handling of violations according to authority.
